Inc. Elects Stephen Day Board Chairman

and business development services, has announced
that Stephen Day has been elected as Chairman
of the Board of Directors. Mr. Day will focus
on strategic planning, acquisitions, and corporate
development.

Mr.
Day is the CEO of Day Technology Group, Inc.,
which provides consulting for the federal government
and large federal contractors. He has strong experience
in the technology business with a background in
defense, homeland security, and emergency response
planning. Stephen Day is also Vice Chairman of

an association of officers and directors of public
companies. Mr. Day also is a Director of TVI Corporation
